 "The Raja Saab" is an eagerly anticipated Telugu-language romantic comedy horror film slated for release on May 15, 2025. Directed and written by Maruthi, the film is produced by People Media Factory. The ensemble cast features Prabhas in a dual role, alongside Nidhhi Agerwal, Malavika Mohanan, Riddhi Kumar, and Sanjay Dutt.

 

The narrative centers on a young man facing financial difficulties who turns to his ancestral property for relief. However, he soon discovers that the mansion is haunted by the vengeful spirit of Raja Saab. Prabhas portrays both Raja Saab, an Indian Administrative Service officer, and Deva Thakur, his younger brother, showcasing his versatility in dual roles. The production of "The Raja Saab" commenced in October 2022, with principal photography taking place in Hyderabad. A significant portion of the film was shot on a specially constructed set at the Aluminium Factory in Gachibowli. By February 2024, approximately 80% to 85% of the filming was completed. Producer T.G. Vishwa Prasad highlighted that the film would be a "huge visual wonder," with substantial portions involving visual effects.

 

The film's music is composed by Thaman S, with cinematography by Karthik Palani and editing by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao. The first look poster, released in January 2024, features Prabhas in a captivating style, wearing a maroon jacket and sunglasses while leaning on a vintage car decorated with flowers. This visual hints at the film's blend of traditional and contemporary elements.
