Filming began the following month. It was shot in several legs, predominantly in Hyderabad. The music was composed by Jakes Bejoy, while cinematography and editing were handled by Murali G and Karthika Srinivas. It is the most expensive film of Nani's career.

Saripodhaa Sanivaaram released worldwide on 29 August 2024 to mixed reviews from critics.

Saripodhaa Sanivaaram revolves around Surya, an insurance agent at NLIC, who battles significant anger issues. From a young age, Surya promised his mother, Chayadevi, that he would only express his anger on one day each week. He chose Saturday, as it was the day his mother passed away. To manage his rage, Surya keeps a journal, recording the names and offenses of those who upset him, and reviews it every Saturday. However, he acts only if he still feels justified in his anger and must finish any action by 11:59 PM on the same day.

Surya’s violent tendencies become a source of conflict within his family. His father, Sankaram, and his sister, Bhadra, constantly urge him to control his temper. Bhadra, after an altercation at her wedding caused by Surya’s anger, cuts ties with him. This severely impacts their relationship. Meanwhile, Surya harbors feelings for his cousin, Kalyani affectionately known as Kallu, who, due to family issues, moved away and assumed a new identity as Charulatha.

Years later, Kallu, (now Charulatha) returns as a police constable at the Sokulapalem police station. This town is notorious for its crime and systemic oppression, particularly by the corrupt police officer CI Dayanand "Daya." Daya holds a personal grudge against the local residents, as he believes they contributed to his brother Koormanand's success in a political election. Daya routinely harasses and brutalizes the townspeople, using his authority to exact revenge whenever possible. Charulatha, while serving as a PC, discreetly helps the oppressed community.

Surya crosses paths with Daya when he witnesses the police officer mistreating an elderly woman at the court. Using a clever distraction, Surya helps the woman escape, catching Charulatha's attention. As their friendship deepens, Charulatha begins to notice that someone is targeting the aggressors in the town on Saturdays. As suspicions grow, Charulatha confides in Surya about the “Saturday vigilante” who could become a potential threat.

As their relationship develops, Sankaram advises Surya to confess to Charulatha that he is the Saturday vigilante before someone else reveals his identity, which could ruin their bond. Meanwhile, Daya’s oppressive behavior escalates when he assaults a family from Sokulapalem. Surya takes them to the hospital and vows to protect the town.

Charulatha uncovers a plot between Daya and his assistant Sudhakar to assassinate Koormanand at a temple. She shares this information with Surya, and together they work to prevent the murder, pushing the confrontation to Saturday. On the day of the planned attack, Sankaram drugs Surya to prevent him from getting involved. Charulatha manages to thwart the attack but later discovers that Daya and Sudhakar have changed their plans.

While Surya remains unconscious, his family is attacked by some of his old enemies. In a dramatic turn, Surya regains consciousness just in time to save his family and Koormanand. However, this final act of violence comes at a cost. Bhadra demands that Surya abandon his Saturday rule if he wants to continue having a relationship with her. Surya agrees, marking a significant turning point in his character.

Daya, now more determined than ever to find the Saturday vigilante, starts suspecting the Sokulapalem community and increases his aggression towards them. Meanwhile, the residents, unaware of Surya’s dual identity, begin to rally behind the mysterious vigilante. Daya's attempts to intimidate the town escalate, but the community grows more united in their resistance.

As the plot thickens, Daya uncovers Charulatha's connection to the Saturday vigilante and finally realizes that Surya is the man he’s been hunting. At a climactic moment, Koormanand, who was initially unaware of Daya’s true intentions, discovers CCTV footage revealing Daya’s plans. Before Koormanand can act, Daya shoots and kills him, framing the Saturday vigilante for the crime.

The film reaches its thrilling conclusion on another Saturday when Daya kidnaps Charulatha and brings her to Sokulapalem, challenging the townspeople to confront him if they want to save her. In a dramatic showdown, Surya steps up, thrashing Daya and saving Charulatha. The residents of Sokulapalem, inspired by Surya’s bravery, rise against their oppressors. In the aftermath, the truth about Daya’s corrupt actions comes to light, and the townspeople, united with Surya, finally achieve justice.

In the final moments of Saripodhaa Sanivaaram, Surya resolves his personal conflicts, abandons his rule of Saturday vengeance, and marries Charulatha. His sister Bhadra gives birth, symbolizing a new beginning for the family and the community of Sokulapalem.
