“The Man from Toronto”.

Movie Review.

Director Patrick Hughes movie “The Man from Toronto” is produced by Todd Black, Jason Blumenthal and Steve Tisch, starring Kevin Hart, Woody Harrelson and Kaley Cuoco in the main lead roles. Cinematography by Rob Hardy, edited by Craig Alpert and music composed by Ramin Djawadi.

It’s a comedy film in which Kevin Hart plays Teddy, a grifter trying to make it big with various online tutorial business ideas. Defeated after failure, Teddy tries to sell his idea of ​​non-contact boxing to local gym owner Marty, role done by Martin Roche, who of course rejects the idea, pointing out that some of the flyers Teddy made for him have no address or Phone number for his gym.

Teddy wants to do something for his wife Lori played by Jasmine Matthews, so he decides to send her on a spa day and book a private room for the two of them to "make babies." Unfortunately, the printer is low on toner and when he go to the cabin to prepare the things, he can't read the address and it goes to the wrong place. He goes inside and finds two men awaiting the arrival of a man from Toronto known as, The Man, they believe that Teddy is this man, a brutal assassin who is a master of the art of interrogation. Since no one gets to see the face of ‘The Man’ from Toronto, they just assume Teddy is him and encourage him to interrogate a man they have as a captive.
